This complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call is for initial clients to have an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. During our call we'll: • Talk about what's been happening in your life and the challenges you're currently facing or what you are wanting to achieve • Explore what you'd like to be different and the goals you'd love to achieve. • Discuss how I work and the approaches I use, including psychotherapy, CBT, hypnotherapy and coaching • Answer any questions you have about the process, sessions, pricing or what to expect. • Determine whether we're the right fit to work together. By the end of our conversation you'll have greater clarity about your next steps and a personalised recommendation for the support that will best help you move forward. Whether your goal is to reduce anxiety, rebuild confidence, improve relationships, overcome past experiences or simply feel more like yourself again, this call is designed to help you understand what's possible. There is absolutely no obligation to book after our conversation. My priority is simply to help you decide whether working together feels right for you. I also have one suggestion that will likely increase bookings.
